Shiatsu


Shiatsu is an invigorating and deeply relaxing form of bodywork. Using the same energy channels and points as acupuncture, pressure is applied through hands, fingers and elbows, stimulating the body’s innate healing power. Stretching and rotating movements help release areas of blocked energy.
